Two story, square plan hip roof with boxed cornice & dentil frieze, three-bay facade, with central entry with transom lite, paired 1/1 sash windows in right bay, single lite window with 1/1 sash sidelites in left bay-low hip roof porch with shingled piers with partially fluted columns supporting corners and paired columns in center; weatherboard first-story; shingled second-story; central 1/1 window on second-floor; tripartite 1/1 windows in outside bays; central dormer with gable and returns with 5 vertical panes and small decorated square panes; projecting bays on left and right elevations with pediment gables; balustrade on porch roof with paneled piers; two one-story projections at rear with gable and return. OUTBUILDINGS: garage with metal siding
Alterations:
remodeled ca 1915 by Joseph Huntley Casey, architect. Additions made to facade and Victorian detailing removed.
