Shed roof with return at left side, projecting pedimented bay to left of single entry; shed roof porch supported by plain columns, no balustrade, wraps around right side; section of porch enclosed for bathroom; hipped dormer with diamond lites centered at front, 1/1 & 2 vertical/2 vertical sash windows, 2 internal corbeled chimneys. OUTBUILDINGS: Early 20th c. weatherboard garage and storage shed
