Two story stuccoed frame, hip roof with bracketed eaves; L shaped plan with symmetrical facade: central entry with transom, sidelites, paired scroll brackets supporting cornice with iron balustrade; 6/1 sash window with A pane side lites above entry; 6/1 sash window with A/A sash sidelites with entablature in bays flanking entry; horizontal band at sill level of second floor; outside wing at right: concrete floored porch w/ flat roof with plain entablature and flat roof supported by piers paired with columns; wing at left appears to have been same as right but enclosed with pair of doors added; kitchen ell at left rear; internal chimney at right; exterior chimney at kitchen. OUTBUILDINGS:Pergola, ca. 1922, stuccoed brick w/ wood joist.
Alterations:
Left wing enclosed (?); concrete block bomb shelter at right rear screened from view by ivy.
