1 story clapboard structure with gabled metal roof. West elevation appears to have had a portico removed and is AABAA with gable over door and centered pointed arch gable with vent. Front facade with side gabled portion. Shed roof porch with turned posts and no balustrade also appear on front facade. Central entranceway with sidelights and transom is a single door with fanlight window. Gable end to W of door matches gable in west facade. 2 interior chimneys. OUTBUILDINGS:
