1-1/2 story brick residence, rectangular w/rear addns.; 5 bays wide (W-W-E-W-W), main block 3 bays deep, separate 3x1 bay brick structure attached to rear by frame infill; tall hipped patterned metal roof w/intersecting side facing jerkinhead gables; 2 int. brick chimneys w/corbelled caps; monumental front facing gabled portico w/Doric columns; boxed cornice w/returns; decorative plain board frieze; 1 story porch along side elevation w/smaller Doric columns & simple wood balustrade; brick set in common bond; jack aretes over windows; multi-light/1 windows; central entrance has transom & sidelight w/molded surround; arched entry at 2nd level above the principal entrance w/small balcony; rear brick section appears to be an older 1 story former commercial bldg; 3 bays wide, 3 bays deep; flat roof concealed by a stepped parapet, set in common bond; 2/2 windows; some frame addns. located in the “L" formed by the intersection of the 2 bldgs.; frame addn in "L“ is 3 bays wide (W-E-W), 1 bay deep, front facing gable comp roof, boxed cornice w/returns, wood weatherbd siding, brick pier fndtn.OUTBUILDINGS: None
