2 story frame residence, rectangular w/1 story "L“ wing to rear, 1 story shed addn. to rear, 1 story shed addn. to side; 5 bays wide (1st: W-W-E-W-W, 2nd: W-W-W-W-W) at main block, 2 bays deep (1st: W-E, 2nd: W-W); side gable patterned metal roof; 2 ext. brick chimneys at main block, rear shed addn. has 1 ext. br chimney, rear wing has 1 int. brick chimney, side wing has 1 int. brick stove flue; 1 story hipped porch along the facade w/fluted wood columns & wood Doric balustrade, similar smaller entry portico at side entrance (columns not fluted at side); 1st level-9/9 sash windows w/molded surrounds & molded hoods, 2nd level 9/6; central entrance has elaborate entablature surround w/transom & sidelights, panelled entry door; wood weatherboard siding, flush board siding inside porch; stuccoed masonry fndtn; simple boxed cornice w/double dentil frieze; ALSO-approx 20 yds behind house is small frame 1x2 bay shed; approx 20 yds to one side of it is another small rectangular outbldg w/louvers on side; approx. 35 yds from house is small 1 by 1 bay frame outbldg w/ext. brick chimney w/corbelled cap; small spring house OUTBUILDINGS: 1 smokehouse, 1 silo, 1 service bldg, 1 commissary, 1 spring house
