An early paster of the church, Rev. C. Danforth, is buried in front of the church, inscription on marker reads: "Come Ye Blessed Unto This Monument Lies the Remains of Rev. C. Danforth, born the bright spring month of March, 1845, baptized 1862, died the 17th day of the bright autumn month of October 1917"; also, a recent marker is located adjacent to Rev. Danforth's grave
