4 story brick commercial structure, rectangular; 5 bays wide (1st: storefront; 2nd-4th: W-W-W-W-W), 6 bays deep; flat roof concealed by flat parapet along the facade & stepped parapets along the sides with 6 hooded chimneys; facade has decorative dentil & corbelled cornice; windows on upper floors are set in recessed decorative panels, 6/6 wood sash set w/in segmental arched openings; small stone in central bay of the 4th floor that reads “J. H. Posey & son, 1901"; storefront is recent alum. & glass storefront w/central recessed entrance surmounted by alum, awning; also 2 story 1 bay entry & stair tower to S.; Facade is multi-colored br. veneer set in stretcher bond w/star-shaped tie rod ends; side elevs, common brick set in common bond OUTBUILDINGS: None;
