Signficant Architectural Features:
One-story weatherboarded house. Hip roof with plain boxed cornice. Three brick chimneys can be seen from Georgia Avenue, windows are double-hung sash. Front (W. elevation: symmetrical, ABA - A's are 1/1 windows, B is an entrance with single door(+ screen door), rectangular 4-light transom and 2-pane sidelights across facade is a porch with low hipped roof, Tuscan columns, balustrade (with plain balusters); in the center of the front slope of the roof is a gable with alternate square shingle siding and a rectangular louvered vent. South elevation: five 2/2 and one smaller 6/6 window in the main section of the house; rear wing (an addition?) features a triple window on its south side. North elevation: two exterior brick chimneys; small addition, which has small 6/6 windows at the east end of its north side. OUTBUILDINGS:;
