Signficant Architectural Features:
Two-story house with one-story wing. Exterior is covered with shake shingles. Gable roof features boxed cornice with modillions. House has at least 4 brick chimneys (at least 2 of which are exterior chimneys). Most of the windows that can be seen from the street are double-hung sash, 6/6, with shutters. The surrounding first floor front windows feature entablatures. Front (west elevation): two-story core of the house is symmetrical, 7 bays; in the center of the first floor is the front entrance, a single door framed by rect. 4-pane sidelights and semi-elliptical fanlight; over the front entrance is a pedimented porch; the front of the gabled north wing appears to have casement or hard windows; the front of the south wing is hidden by vegetation OUTBUILDINGS:_Dependencies at 725 Grace Avenue .
