Signficant Architectural Features:
2 story stuccoed residence with a rectangular plan and a gable end roof slope to front; facade has 5 major bays: A is a flat roofed wing with roof balcony and a triple 6/6 window; B has a tripartite window on the first story with a large shelf architrave and pilaster surrounds; the second story has a double 6/6 window with balconette and peaked gablet; C is the main entrance bay and extends the height of the house and forms a cross gable and has a round arch door recessed behind a round arch with monumental broken-neck parapet with pilasters; above the door is a cameo window; to the right of the entrace is a large, triple hung sash window which has a key stone, round arch, tracery and a balconnette; D has 2 6/6 windows with louvered shutters on 1st and 2nd stories; E has a lower gable roof with a single entrance cut away on 1st story; there is an interior end chimney on the right and left.
