Signficant Architectural Features:
One-story weatherboarded house, rectangular in plan. Gable roof with plain boxed cornice. The one interior straddle-ridge chimney is brick and has a corbeled cap. Windows are double-hung, two-over-two. Front (south elevation): symmetrical, ABA - A's are single windows, and B is a single door; across the facade is a porch with hipped roof supported by four square wooden posts; in the gable end that faces W. Butler Street is double window (which consists of two single-sash, six-light windows). West and east elevations: both feature two 2/2 windows. Rear (north elevation): back porch has been enclosed.
