Ruins consist of 2 large brick chimneys with corbelled caps which were interior chimneys at one point, having both first and second story fireplaces in the chimney; also remaining are 4 Tuscan columns which are of stuccoed brick; possibly resting on brick piers (not visible); stuccoed and scored massive gate posts with hinges remain at the entrance to the property and face Mechanic Street OUTBUILDINGS: none visible

House burned 1970, was built 1908 by Charleston family of Sloan's on site of an earlier Tanglewood which burned 1860's
