Two-story square plan with one-story section at rear; pyramidal roof with hipped dormer with brackets and 2 square windows with a border of small square colored lites flanked by vents; 2-story e1l-shaped verandah under main roof; upper columns are slender unfluted with turned balusters; lower columns are square boxed, no balustrade; 2 sash 1/1; 1 story polygonal bays on each side; bracketed eaves with paneled frieze; central entry with 1/2 life; weatherboard siding. OUTBUILDINGS: Garage with tin siding
