Signficant Architectural Features:
Small, one-story weatherboarded building. High hip roof with narrow eaves, exposed rafters. One central brick chimney. Front (west side): asymmetrical, AB - A is a single door entrance, B is a large 1/1 window; across front is a porch with shed roof supported by paired chamfered posts; porch has a balustrade with plain balusters.
