Signficant Architectural Features:
1 1/2 story weatherboarded house. Gable roof has boxed eaves. House has at least 3 interior brick chimneys with corbeled caps, and, on NW side, one exterior brick chimney, windows, except where otherwise indicated, are double-hung sash, 6/6. Front (NE elevation): symmetrical, except for 1 window on 1st floor. 1st floor: ABCB: A is a small rectangular 6-light window. B's are single window with louvered shutters, C is front entrance, a single door, rectangular 5-light sidelights, 4-light transom. Over the entrance is a porch with shed roof supported by square wooden columns. In center of front slope of roof is a gable, the end of which is sheathed with shake shingles, and which contains a single window with louvered shutters. On either side of the center gable is a gabled dormer; each of these dormers containing a double window. SE elevation: gabled wing features on its NE side a gabled wall dormer that contains a double window; first floor of wing is AB - A is a single door, and B is a single window with louvered shutters. SE wing has 1 chimney (already mentioned). NW elevation: gable end has boxed cornice with returns, contains 16/6 window. (off center). At N. end of 1st floor is a single window. 1-story addition with shed roof. Rear: 1-story wing with exterior chimney (already mentioned) on its W. end. OUTBUILDINGS: gabled weatherboarded frame 1 car garage at NE corner of property has a window and door on its NW side.
