One story, rectangular, front facing gable roof with projecting gable Dorch roof on right half of facade - both roofs are supported at gable ends by carved craftsman style knee braces, rafter end sides asymmetrical East elevation - street facade A/B/C/B: A= double 3/1 (vertical pane) double hung sash windows; B= single 3/1 (vertical pane) double hung sash windows; C= single leaf door with 3 vertical panes North elevation has slightly projecting gable with two 3/1 windows. South elevation has shed roofed addition with jalousie windows and gabled entrance door orihectuib, West elevation - enclosed rear porch with modern sash; 2 interior brick chimneys. OUTBUILDINGS:
