21/2 story building; brick (veneer?) with upper half of 2nd story stuccoed. Hip roof; deep eaves with exposed rafter tails. Central hipped former with twin 3/1 light windows. 1-story shed-roofed porch across facade with stuccoed piers and arches. Entrance with sidelights to right; triple 3/1 to left. Upper story of facade (west) twin pairs 3/1 with brick surrounds. Brickwork - Shiner Flemish. South (right) side has four 3/1 with center (smaller) bath window. Exterior brick chimney on left (north) side; also 1-story projecting rectangular bay with 4 windows. OUTBUILDINGS: None visible
