1 1/2 square plan with gable roof; 1-story porch across facade and left elevation weatherboard underneath porch & asbestos siding on rest of house; porch posts are decorated with white guttae & wooden rail; large gabled roof dormer has weatherboard and 4 casement windows with diamond shaped panes; gable of dormer has half-timbered design and large brackets; facade has 3 bays ABC; 1/1 window; single leaf door with diamond shaped panes in sidelights; triple 1/1 window on third bay; all eaves overhang, have exposed rafters and large brackets; modern metal awning covers entrance; left elevation has gabled porch and featuring half-timbered gable with brackets; central portion of house features slightly projecting gabled ell with 1st & 2nd story casement diamond-paned windows; projecting rectangular bay on 1st story; gable is similar to that of porch; rear features 1-story shed roof porch (half-timbered motif) supported by wooden posts, gabled, weatherboarded dormer with exposed rafters, double window; right elevation has half-timbered gable & a bay with half-timbered gable with same exposed rafters and brackets; all windows are 1/1; same "guttae" decoration is between windows under front gable.;Outbuildings: Concrete block hipped roof garage.
