2-story; rectangular; hipped roof; 1st story (front 2 rooms) brick; 2nd story and rear weatherboard; projecting pedimented gable portico supported by 2 square brick posts; double door entrance with sidelights flanked by 12/12 light windows; doors have decorative trim with corner blocks; 2nd story has double door entrance with sidelights and transom which opens onto small balcony with decorative railing; flanked by 12/12 light windows; central portion has horizontal flush paneling; each side elevation has two 12/12 light windows 2nd story; one 12/12 and 1 paired 9/9 light window 1st story; 2 interior chimneys with corbeled caps; partially enclosed shed roof porch across rear; several decorated square wooden posts remain; single story gabled ell with exterior chimney to rear left.
Brick portion; Original doctor's office (2 rooms and hall); four back and upstairs rooms added to replace house which had burned.
