Tall 1-story; rectangular with wings; truncated hipped roof; 5 bays AABAA in central portion; central bay has double doors with soldier course above; projecting brick portico with arched entrance way having concrete keystone and simple parapet; 2 small round decorations in brick and concrete above and to side of arch; bays separated by buttresses with concrete caps; 1 large arched window each "A" bay; soldier course water table; wings identical with 3 6/3 light windows with soldier course above and recessed single entrance door with arched entrance way; 1 interior flue each wing; 5 windows and large exterior flue to rear; wings project farther back than central portion; several windows and doorways to basement have been bricked-up; single entrance ways each side have small cantilever roofs; roof has exposed sawn overhanging rafters.
