Signficant Architectural Features:
2-story rectangular plan with rear ell with truncated hip roof with metal shingles; red brick laid in stretcher bond with raided brick foundation; 2-story pedimented portico supported by 4 stout Doric columns; frieze with triglyphs and metopes ending with triglyphs on the ends; boxed cornice and plain frieze continue around building; 7 bay facade AA-BBB-AA; A- 1st story window double hung sash 1/1; 2nd story square 3/3; double doors with panels and decorative window; above door a raised rect. brick panel & 2nd story window double 2/2 sash windows, each B has set of cement steps separated by brick piers; brick pilasters and water table; left elevation has 5 bays, each with double, double hung 1/1 sash windows, decorative raised brick panel and double, double hung 2/2 sash windows; also, 3 small arched basement windows with semicircular brick arches; right elevation the same; ell has similar fenestration and an entrance on each side; right entrance was altered and is smaller.
Alterations:
Right side entrance changed & renovated auditorium.
