1-story brick building; arcaded facade; 3 bays; brick arches (semicircular w/ stone keys) enclose wood-framed windows w/ fanlights at sides, doorway w/ fanlight at center; arches rest on brick piers, w/ cement bases and springings; first three courses in brick arches are rubble-faced rowlocks; 4th (outermost) course is untextured headers; corbeled brick cornice above arcade, 3 recessed panels above brick cornice; metal entablature above w/ plain fascia, egg-and-dart ovolo, dentil course, cyma recta cornice; brick parapet above this entablature; brick of facade is machine-cut brick; stretcher bond; side elevation is coarse brick, common bond; irregular fenestration on side; cornice and entablature are not carried onto side.
