1 1/2 story stucco building w/ gable roof; large gabled dormer centered on front roofline is shingled, has louvered round opening and paired windows: leaded glass on top, 1 pane below; facade features 1 story porch wrapping both sides, forming porte-cochere on right; simple balustrade and round columns; entablature has thin line of picture molding; entrance is centered; has hooded surround; windows are large, leaded on top; pane below; 1 small Queen Anne leaded stained glass window on facade (Bay ABACA); side elevations feature 2nd story palladian windows topped by round louvered openings; polygonal projecting bay to right of entrance; side elevations on 2nd story are shingled; same molding on porch entablature found on facade under porch.
