Signficant Architectural Features:
Built by Dr. Thomas Eveleigh it is a typical single house with exceptional brickwork on its facade. The front of the house is laid in a handsome Flemish bond with splayed flat arches over the windows and a nicely finished dogs-tooth trim between the 2nd and attic floors. Also in keeping with the period is the austere interior with decorative features held to a minimum. A strip of relief plaster work, a low baseboard and a low cut mantel are all that remain today.
