This is famed Vanderhorst Row, perhaps the oldest apartment house in America. Its 3 units, 76-78-80 East Bay----each have the same space on three floors and an attic but the central unit is somewhat more richly decorated and has arched windows and main entrance on its street side. To the east, each of the units possesses piazzas that afford a grand view of the harbor.
