Signficant Architectural Features:

The one story, rectangular frame house is a bungalow with a hip roof, synthetic siding, and a porch that extends across the façade and both elevations with an engaged roof. There is a large dormer centered on the main façade with multi-paned window. The roofline is decorated with exposed rafter tails. The main entry is flanked by multi-paned sidelights and transom. The right side of the porch has been enclosed with screen.
