Square 1.5 story 3x3 bay concrete tabby dwelling w/hipped roof; 1x1 bay hipped wing at rear-west w/porch (now infilled) to its E. Roof has shed dormers with 4 grouped 6/6 windows at each slope. Central entrance, with double leaf doors with stained glass
Dormers were added when upstairs converted for use as an apartment during World War II
Built for James Leith Paul, station master at the Port Royal depot, circa 1909. Shown on 1913 and 1924 Sanborn maps. House shown on 1905 is an earlier house on the site.
