Italian Rennaissance Revival. Pedimented entry, fanlight transom, sidelights, fluted pilasters. One-story side wings with flat roofs. Windows are paired on second story, four-over one, double hung with brick lentils and rowlock sills.
Porch enclosed on left facade. Two-story rear addition left. One story addition right. Trellised porte-cochere, right side. Detached accessory structure behind residence.
Originally the home of B.H. Peace, owner of the Greenville News. Occupied by the Peace family until 1965.
