Separate 4-door garage at east yard, brick veneer, wood frame, composition shingle roof. East elevation triple row of rowlock frame pre-existing arched windows, concrete sills, bricked in and replaced with (2) 12/12 single-hung windows.
Owned by W.L. Gassaway recorded in June 1928 plat by R.E. Dalton, lots 6,7, and 8 seized by Mechanics Building and Loans Association, conveyed to Eula Quinn 1930, with adjoining the parcel owned by L.O. Patterson, acquired in 1930 (book 150, p. 337).
