First owners were Trude and Max Heller. Ms. Heller is a Holocaust survivor and educator. Mr. Heller was an immigrant from Austria who founded the Maxon Shhirt Compnay in Greenville, sat on Greenville City Council, and served as mayor from 1971-1979.
