Signficant Architectural Features:

Craftsman bungalow. Eave overhang, exposed rafters. Decorative, exposed beams at gable ends. Brick lintels are row of soldiers, and brick sills, all windows. Decorative belt course, band of soldiers. Leaded 8-light patterned panes, all upper sashes.

Alterations:

Stucco applied to pediment of front gable. Vinyl single-pane installed in all lower sashes. Vinyl trim. Paneled wood columns installed on front porch with squared vinyl railing enclosure between. Side entry installed at east elevation, shed roof, stoop.
