Bungalow. Central interior masonry chimney. Jerkinhead projection has ribbon (3) 6/1 double-hung windows with brick sill. Row of soldiers as beltcourse and lintels. Exposed rafters and eave overhang. (2) Paired 6/1 windows on porch.
Alterations:
Door replaced one set of paired windows on porch, at façade. Single pane vinyl replacement window in all lower sashes. Low-lying brick retaining wall along public sidewalk.
