2-story brick building; 5 bay central block w/ single bay pavilions on ends; central door w/ white cement tabernacle frame - segmental pediment; double doors, 5- light transom; 1st story windows 6/1, w/ soldier courses and simulated cement keystones over; 2nd story windows have been cemented over; end pavilions have entrances under semi-circular brick arches w/ semi-circular cement hoods; single 3/6/6 windows on 2nd story; full entablature above; Architrave - 2 fascias, cyma reversa, fillet; Frieze - w/ central panel inscribed "S. M. Milliken Community Building;" Cornice - cavetto, dentils, ovolo, soffit, corona, cyma reversa, cyma rectangular; doubled brackets at the corners of the cornice from the top of the frieze to the soffit; brick parapet wall above entablature w/ cement cartouches above the end pavilions; side elevations 4 bays w/ central chimney; rear elevation 11 bays w/ brick arcaded (5 bay) porch at basement level; the 5 windows of the 2nd story have been cemented over; the full entablature is carried all around the building; 1 story brick extension of basement level at left side elevation.
