Signficant Architectural Features:

Built by Mrs. Eleanora Wilkinson, it is of Charleston grey brick with a 2 story veranda on the side. The house is unusual in that is does not follow the typical single house floor plan. The street entrance is on the opposite side of the house away from the veranda, allowing for access to the kitchen and back rooms without having to pass through principal rooms. Interior embellishment is heavy with modified cornices and carved mantels and door and window frames.
