Signficant Architectural Features:
Late Neo-Classical. Typical Charleston single house, but with early Victorian influence. The entranceway is a handsomely carved brownstone enclosure, one of the most elaborately carved brownstone pieces on any private dwelling in the city. The piazzas have Ionic columns and pilasters on the first tier and ornate Corinthian ones on the second tier.
