Signficant Architectural Features:
Post-Revolutionary. Now almost unnoticed because of the ugly additions and alterations of a drugstore and 10 apartments, this was one of the finest dwellings in Charleston and one of purest Adam design. Two of its more prominent exterior features are its handsome and large fanlight in its roof pediment, and the exceptional palladian window on the 3rd and 4th story. The interior woodwork is exquisite with the typical Adam delicacy of the Roman concept.
