Signficant Architectural Features:
This is a typical Charleston single house, 3 stories with a gable roof. The decorative facade is highlighted by Victorian "eyebrows" above second story windows. Its construction date is not known for sure but is believed to be somewhere around 1788. The Victorian embellishment over the windows were probably additions after the 1886 earthquake, and are not original to the house.
