Signficant Architectural Features:
Single story framed dwelling raised on brick piers. Through hall & parlor plan approached via entrance from south. South facade incorporates two end gables, the first over a 3 bay porch, the second enclosing the bulk of built accommodation.
Alterations:
Building almost derelict before restoration in 1990 when new accommodation to north was designed by Jane Frederick, AIA.
