Art Deco, yellow brick wall finish. Rounded corner entrance with single door and fixed divided windows, rounded canopy over entrance and front windows. Tall rectangular tower to mark the entrance. Angled brick wall sections between windows.

Historical Information:
Occupied by Bouharoun family since 1977. Originally constructed by Stanley Brown in 1946. Sold to Martin Stein in 1973. 1976 Stein dies, leaving Mayor Max Heller as executor of his estate. Bouharoun buys current location in 1977 for $57,000.
