Neoclassical design elements.Entrance vestibule is front-gabled with brick parapet wall and round arched entranceway. Window openings are round arched with a keystone. Tall windows with arched transoms. Exterior brick chimney.
Mid-century modern style addition. Metal-framed casement windows.
Sold by George Buist in 1917 to L. O Petterson (Deed book 36, p. 189.) S Conveyed to Mr. and Mrs. Culbertson in 1945 (Deed book 275, p. 317). Depicted in Sanborn Map January 1932 as Temple of Israel.
