Neocolonial, apartments. 8/8 single-hung windows, (4) façade. 2 entry doors at center, stoop, stairs to both sides. Doric pilasters frame entry bay and extend to roofline flanking a board and batten panel at 2-story. Broad band of wood trim at roofline.
Wood balustrade on entry stairs likely later addition, newel posts at ends. Screens installed over all windows.
