English cottage. Exposed rafters and beams. Entry door set in arch with diamond paned window. Ribbon(3) vinyl single-pane vertical casement windows, ribbon (3) 4-light windows, ribbon (3) vertical casements and 3-light transoms, façade. 4-light 2-story.

Alterations:

Single-pane vinyl window replacements. Central bay façade altered, wall removed and wood post installed at exterior corner supported flared eave attached to front-gabled projection. Brick piers flanking entry steps are likely reuse of historic brick.
