English Vernacular style. Broad band of wood trim at roofline. Boxed eaves, slight overhang, slight return at gable end. Exterior, lateral chimney, corbelled cap. Brick sills all windows. Entry door set in brick arch in front-gabled projection.

Alterations:

Shed roof room addition west elevation with synthetic drop siding. Half-timbering details applied to pediments at gable end with stucco. Vinyl 6/1 window replacements throughout.
