Mid-century Modern style. Low-pitched roof with broad overhangs, centrally-located chimneys, large expanses of glass. Front-gabled main section on a raised basement. Deck extends around right side over open carport. Recessed side-gabled wing.
First owners were Trude and Max Heller. Ms. Heller is a Holocaust survivor and educator. Mr. Heller was an immigrant from Austria who founded the Maxon Shhirt Compnay in Greenville, sat on Greenville City Council, and served as mayor from 1971-1979.
