Signficant Architectural Features:
Two-story rectangular commercial building with boxed eaves and slight overhang. Concrete block with stucco applied. Cast concrete sills on all windows (stucco).
Alterations:
Replacement windows throughout. Applied vinyl siding to window surrounds, rake, pediments, all elevations. Concrete stair at rear, cast iron railing and balustrade. Blocked in garage entrances on facade.
Historical Information:
Charlie Williams acquired Lot 3 Nicholtown from R.G. Stone in October 27, 1920 (Book 64, pg 171) (Plat Book C, pg 234) . Memorandum on Property Card notes building moved across the street. Acquired in 1946 by Sumner Hall.
