Central hallway, frame vernacular. Exposed rafters. Square attic vent in front gable. Shiplap applied to gable pediment. Rear shed roof addition with exposed rafters, vinyl siding and concrete block foundations.

Alterations:

Windows filled in with plywood, painted to match exterior walls. Aluminum flashing between front gable porch and front gable exterior wall. Porch enclosed with plywood and double door at center.

Historical Information:

Originally part of the JC Milford Estate, subdivided in 1927(Plat Book H, page 122 and 122 B lots 28 and 29) In 1945 conveyed by Broadus Sims to William and Mae Bel Fowler (Deed Book 274, page 367).
