English cottage. Row of soldiers as lintel and brick sills, all windows. Retains original 6/6 single-hung window at attic, façade. Boxed eaves, slight overhang. 1 exterior, lateral masonry chimney. Entry door recessed with brick archway.

Vinyl rake. Vinyl windows replacements- fixed single-pane and 6/6. Vinyl siding applied to exterior wall at porch- metal shed roof with scalloped edge and metal posts. Stucco, half-timbering detail applied to pediment at east elevation.
