Frame vernacular. Boxed eaves, overhang, slight return at gable end. Interior, lateral masonry chimney with metal flue cap. Triple square wood columns and square wood railing enclosure on porch.
Shed roof addition west elevation. Vinyl siding applied to exterior walls. Single pane, 1/1 vinyl window replacements throughout. Front gable metal shed at rear with shed roof extension, vinyl siding, screened enclosure.
Part of original plat under Reverend RJ Williams in 1924 at 6 McKay Street.
