New South Cottage. 2 lateral gable wings connected by front gable at west elevation. Central, ridge chimney. Four-light leaded vertical panes over single pane lower sash, paired, typical. Alternating row of 3 stretchers and 3 soldiers as beltcourse.
Screens installed over all windows. Converted into duplex, two doors at entry porch.
Part of original plat under Reverend RJ Williams in 1924 at 1 McKay Street.
